Please bring any important decision-makers along with you to your tour.
April - December dates book quickly and go to the first person to return their contract and retainer to us. Therefore, it’s best to have any important decision-makers with you when you schedule your tour.
To secure your date, you will need the booking payment of $1,500 and a signed contract.
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract & payment.
Here’s why…we stay extremely busy! Between weddings, graduation parties, non-profit events, and corporate events, there is no shortage of events that are planning on booking Canopy Creek Farm. In fact, most of our non-profit and corporate clients host their events annually with Canopy Creek.
As you can imagine…running a solidly booked calendar would get tricky without all of our processes and paperwork in place!
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
This gives us the opportunity to give your appointment time to another couple or means we can spend some extra time caring for the horses.
Those big babies love the attention…lol!
