Our team of CCF Coordinators are all professional wedding and event planners with years of experience planning a wide variety of events from trade shows and galas to bat mitzvahs and weddings. When you read our reviews and testimonials, they almost always mention how much couples enjoyed working with their planner making the entire planning process so much more enjoyable!

Included with your CCF Coordinator:

• 1 Hour Consultation at the time of booking your date - meet and greet, discuss ideas, and answer any questions

• 1 Hour Planning Meeting - Done 30 days prior to the wedding. Review all vendors with contact info, create or review timeline for day-of, create or review processional order for the ceremony, finalize floor plan for the event, and schedule ceremony rehearsal.

• 1 Hour On-site Rehearsal - Usually done on a Wednesday or Thursday the week of the wedding. We do not offer Friday - Sunday rehearsals as those dates are booked for weddings or other events.

• 13 Hours of Coordinating Services on Wedding/Event Day (typically 12pm- 1am) - Assist with table decor, favors, and place cards. Act as point of contact for all vendors, family, and bridal party. Manage ceremony and reception timelines. Greet and assist guests and vendors as needed. Assist with any building needs like lighting, heat/air, restrooms. Assist with basic clean-up.
