A HUGE perk of booking your event with us is having access to our experienced Canopy Creek Farm Coordinators.
Of course, all of our CCF Coordinators are also professional full and partial wedding planners too. They would be happy to tell you more about their other planning and design services that you can add on directly with them.
Included with your CCF Coordinator:
1 Hour Consultation at the time of booking your date - meet and greet, discuss ideas, and answer any questions
1 Hour Planning Meeting - Done 30 days prior to the wedding. Review all vendors with contact info, create or review timeline for day-of, create or review processional order for the ceremony, finalize floor plan for the event, and schedule ceremony rehearsal.
1 Hour On-site Rehearsal - Usually done on a Wednesday or Thursday the week of the wedding. We do not offer Friday - Sunday rehearsals as those dates are booked for weddings or other events.
13 Hours of Coordinating Services on Wedding/Event Day (typically 12pm- 1am) - Assist with table decor, favors, and place cards. Act as point of contact for all vendors, family, and bridal party. Manage ceremony and reception timelines. Greet and assist guests and vendors as needed. Assist with any building needs like lighting, heat/air, restrooms. Assist with basic clean-up.
NOT Included with your CCF Coordinator:
No Bussing Tables - You or your caterer will need to provide that service.
No Cake Cutting or Champagne Pours - You or your caterer will need to provide those services. (Note that Mrs. B’s Catering will not touch any alcohol and that includes pouring champagne or bussing glasses that have had alcohol in them. You will need to make other arrangements for that if you hire them and plan on having alcohol.)
No Trash Removal - You, your caterer, and your bartender are responsible for trash removal.
No Setup/Teardown of Ceremony Chairs - You or your rental/decor company will need to provide that service.

Each of our CCF Coordinators offers a variety of additional event planning and design services. Here are some common ones you may want to add on with them to make planning even easier for you!
Creating and Managing a Wedding/Event Budget - Your planner can help you customize your budget to fit your priorities, whether that means cutting back on flowers to put more toward your dream band, or squeezing in the rentals you've had your eye on.
Guest List Management - Assistance with organizing your guest list and tracking RSVPs.
Securing Hotel Room Blocks and Making/Delivering Welcome Bags
Creating Seating Charts - Designing and managing seating charts can be a lot of work especially as this can impact rentals
Event Design - Your CCF Coordinator does dozens of weddings and events each year and they know what is on-trend and how to pull of the decor ideas you have together. Not to mention, they have extensive knowledge of the different decor available at local rental companies and can save you lots of time looking and coordinating all the different decor elements.
Vendor Meetings - Not sure what questions to ask your caterer? Don’t understand your rental contract? You can book additional planning hours for your CCF Coordinator to attend these meetings with you or help you understand and manage your contracts/orders with other vendors.
Additional Wedding Events - Your CCF Coordinator can help you plan engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and more.
