The Reception Barn
Canopy Creek Farm is the perfect location for corporate events and fundraisers. We are the original premier “Country Chic” venue in Southwest Ohio. We finished construction and opened our doors in December 2013. The Reception Barn was built of natural wood post and beam construction. Consequently, the barn is both rustic and elegant.
The 36′ vaulted ceilings are highlighted with oversized chandeliers. You will also find a catering prep kitchen, dressing room, full-amenity restrooms, and beautiful staircase leading up to the balcony. The barn is 6,300 square feet and seats 250. Therefore, ample space is provided for guest tables and chairs, which we provide at no additional charge. The tables and chairs will be set and ready when you arrive. After that, you can easily place your linens and decorate. In addition, whiskey barrels, buffet, dessert, registration, and DJ tables are provided. Finally, there is plenty of room for anything else you desire for your corporate event or fundraiser.

Easy Event Planning
At Canopy Creek Farm, you can choose all your favorite event vendors…even the cater. If you are a bit overwhelmed or confused about choosing good vendors, we can help. To make planning easier, we can suggest vendors that frequently work at the farm. We have a great established relationship with many local vendors. Canopy Creek Farm is conveniently located between Dayton and Cincinnati in historic Miamisburg, Ohio. Just minutes from I-75, I-675, Austin Landing, the Dayton Mall, and downtown Miamisburg. Therefore, you will find a large variety of hotels, many with free shuttle service. With restaurants galore and tons of shopping, you will find everything you need for your event. Not only that, there are 2 public golf courses right down the road. If you want to extend the party into the wee hours, there is an array of nightlife just minutes from the farm. Just outside the stunning Reception Barn is the covered patio which runs the full length. Perched atop the hill on 24 beautiful acres, the view is unequaled. Gaze upon majestic horses grazing in the field along with meadows of wildflowers and the pond. You can also explore the well-manicured winding horse and walking trails beyond the babbling creek.
You are welcome to set up a tent or other items needed for corporate events and fundraisers. Just make sure to ask our staff for approval. Entering Canopy Creek Farm you will drive passed the horse stable to reach the lighted parking lot. Therefore, providing ample safe parking for you and all of your guests. Handicapped guests can be dropped off at the front door with handicapped parking right next to the Reception Barn.
